• Reason for Job Posting:

We are in the process of expanding our outbound sales team and the goal is to fill a 100 seats within the next 60-90 days.

We require Senior Customer Services Representatives with focus on all of our major verticals.


• Remuneration Package

Our Salary Structure starts from Rs. 25,250 leading up to Rs. 106,000.

There are 4 levels of Gross Salary that can be attained, based purely on performance and goal attainment. Goal definition is specific to the assigned program.

Senior Customer Sales Representative (SCSR): Rs. 25,250
Senior Sales Executive (SSE): Rs. 34,750
Senior Loan Executive (SLE): Rs. 46,450
Platinum Executive (PLX): Rs. 106,000

Job Description:

• Make outbound sales calls using VOIP technology to customers in the US, Canada, UK and Australia for at least 10 hours per day, 6 days a week.

• Achieve sales and quality goals as assigned by the management.

• Adherence to company policies that pertain to production, quality and attendance.
