Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions tailored to clients' and students' needs.  
Train individuals in areas such as bookkeeping, VAT preparation, payroll processing, Sage 50, Xero, and general accounting assistant skills.  
Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, guides, and exercises.  
Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.  
Stay updated on the latest industry practices and software developments to ensure training content remains relevant.  
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to customize training solutions.
Provide post-training support to clients and trainees when needed.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
Proven experience in delivering training sessions or presentations. 
Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.  
Ability to adapt teaching style to different learning styles 
Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving targets
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Confidence in delivering presentations and negotiating deals.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
