Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Coordinator to support daily operations within our real estate office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, agents, and internal teams while contributing to overall business growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate property listings, client meetings
Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and management
Assist in managing leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
Support marketing and promotional activities for property listings
Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks
Contribute to achieving overall business objectives and team performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Previous experience in coordination, administration, or real estate (a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
