Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for the sales and marketing of engineering products. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, confident, and capable of building strong relationships with clients. Candidates from both engineering and non-engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify potential clients and generate new leads in industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors.
Present, promote, and sell engineering products to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
Marketing Activities
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities for engineering products.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close sales.
Maintain strong after-sales communication for customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Marketing, or any related field).
Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical product features (training will be provided).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
