Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Female Junior Creative & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with basic knowledge of graphic designing, Adobe Photoshop, social media content creation, and e-commerce operations. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Create simple and visually appealing graphics for social media posts.
Assist in editing product images using Adobe Photoshop.
Support the marketing team in developing branding assets.
Social Media Marketing
Assist in planning and posting content across social media platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement under supervision.
Help in generating basic captions and ideas for posts, reels, and stories.
E-Commerce Support
Upload products, descriptions, and images on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Daraz, Website CMS, etc.).
Assist in inventory updates and order processing.
Help maintain product listings and ensure accuracy.
Administrative & Team Support
Coordinate with the design and marketing team on daily tasks.
Maintain files, records, and content libraries.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall marketing operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Media Studies, Marketing, Arts, or related fields).
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and graphic designing tools.
Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
Strong sense of creativity and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Knowledge of Canva or any other design tools.
Understanding of reels editing or simple video creation.
Basic copywriting skills.
