Telecom Implementation Supervisor

Job Profile:

• NSN experience mandatory. Must have worked on at least one of the following Projects: Telenor, Mobilink, Ufone or PTCL.
• Ensures BSS/RAN Implementation activities in the project measure to a strict timeline, quality, budget and contractual obligations. End responsibility for all aspects of Telecom Implementation in given Zone
• Manage all Site Engineering documentation content approval for As-built documentation production and ensure Site acceptance with Client. Subcontractor's management and tracking; PO's/Item List validation, variation orders approvals.
• Scheduling work activities, Managing TI Supervisors and their teams, delivering on key milestones, Stock control and material call-off. Taking responsibility of own scope, ensuring Acceptance
• Ensures Implementation activities and quality meet project requirements and targets
• Reviews and approves Site specific drawings (site layout & equipment installation drawings) originating from service suppliers.
• Manages service supplier teams and Follows up on service supplier performance.
• Communicates Model site standard design & details to service supplier teams.
• Reviews site specific design prepared by service supplier teams, sends them for Customer approval.
• Cooperates with network planning, site acquisition and site inspector to ensure the roll out according to the project plan.
• Hands on NSN Equipment experience (Flexi BTS, Flexi Hopper, FlexiHybrid (HC), SRT1F, Hit70xx)
• Minimum 7 years telecom industry experience. 3 years Supervision.
