Civil Work Supervisor

Job Profile:

• NSN experience mandatory. Must have worked on at least one of the following Projects: Telenor, Mobilink, Ufone or PTCL.
• Manages all construction works in given Zone. Management of the construction works team.
• Ensure Civil Work activities and quality meet project requirements and targets.
• Reviews and approves Site specific drawings (site layout drawings) originating from service suppliers.
• Manages service supplier teams (Civil Works) and follows up service supplier performance.
• Communicates Model site standard design & details to service supplier teams. Reviews site specific design (Civil Works) prepared by service supplier teams, sends them for Customer approval. Co-ordinates site design and construction works site deployment activities with Site Acquisition and Telecom Implementation teams.
• Cooperates with network planning, site acquisition and site inspector to ensure the roll-out is according to the project plan.
• Ensures all local issues are considered and NSN Civil Works standards and guidelines are followed. Supports Site Design Manager to set up model site standards and ensures any Civil Works issues are properly considered.
• Follows up and reports the work progress, related to time schedule and Quality to zone manager and escalates the deviations.
• Support set up and follows up documentation processes as set up by Civil Works Manager.
• 7 years telecom industry experience. 3 years Supervision.
