Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in ReactJS, NextJS, Laravel, Slim Framework, MySQL, and shared hosting environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining web applications, with a focus on delivering seamless user experiences and efficient backend systems.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS and NextJS for the frontend and Laravel and Slim Framework for the backend.
Manage and optimize MySQL databases to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
Deploy and maintain applications on shared hosting environments, ensuring compatibility and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain competitive.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on ReactJS, NextJS, Laravel, and Slim Framework.
Strong proficiency in MySQL database design, optimization, and management.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on shared hosting environments.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build pipelines.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other PHP frameworks or JavaScript libraries/frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean) is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Experience optimizing applications for performance and scalability in shared hosting environments.
