Role Overview
We are looking for a capable and highly motivated Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a fully remote basis. This is a commission-based role offering significant earning potential for individuals who are serious about performance and results. The right candidate will take ownership of the sales pipeline, build meaningful client relationships, and play an active role in growing Fleek Digital's client base.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach across relevant platforms and channels

* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients

* Develop and deliver tailored pitches and proposals that address client needs

* Consistently meet and exceed defined sales targets

* Support and guide junior team members through the sales process where required

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction

* Maintain organized and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client communications

What We Are Looking For
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident client-facing approach

* Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition — with measurable results

* Solid negotiation and deal-closing ability

* Experience in mentoring or supporting a sales team is an advantage

* Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management best practices

* Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment

* Prior experience in the technology, software, or digital services sector is preferred but not required

We value demonstrated ability over formal qualifications. No degree requirement.

Compensation
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is directly tied to performance — high-achieving candidates will find significant financial reward in this position.
