Job Summary
Vize BPO is seeking a Call Center Verifier to handle verification calls for campaigns like Final Expense and Auto Warranty. The role involves confirming customer information, eligibility, and consent through inbound and outbound calls while ensuring compliance and call quality.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound verification calls
Confirm customer details, eligibility, and recorded consent
Follow provided scripts and compliance procedures
Accurately update call details in the system
Maintain call quality, compliance, and productivity standards
Requirements
F.Sc / Intermediate (mandatory)
Prior call center or verification experience is a must
Clear communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in a professional call center environment
