Material Resource Planning 
01- Supervise tech file incharge Sop.
02- Generate and share order wise required material summary.
03- Receive store verified material summary and generate purchase demand and handover to purchase department along with purchase swatch files.
04- Daily follow up of their purchasable items with purchase department.
05- Supervise safety stock items in store.
Capacity Resource Planning 
01- Prepare priority wise orders, Planning sheet according to delivery dates and keep update production status.
02- Demand required labor, machines, equipment’s and daily capacity of production
03- Prepare and handover 15 days advance production planning to concerned managers.
04- Daily follow up production output as per given planning and keep alarm if anything went wrong. Suggest corrective & preventive action as well.
05- Follow up pre-production samples and decision form.
06- Conduct pre-post shipment meetings.
07- Inducting Inventory planning
