Job Description

THIS DEPARTMENT IS CONCERN ABOUT THE SOCIAL ISSUE OF THE EMPLOYEE.

1. HANDLE LABOUR ISSUES..
2. FACTORY COMPLIANCE AND SOCIAL COMPLIANCE.
3. NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION.
4. SALARY SHEETS / OVER TIME SHEETS.
5. HUMAN RESOURCE REQUISITION, TRAINING REQUISITION, TRAINGING RECORDS.
6. PERFORMANCE EVALUTION RECORD OF STAFF/WORKERS (PERIODIC).
7. DAILY REPORTS MUST BE REQUIRED.
