Job Description
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
Actively listen to the customer to understand their issues
Management and Resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalates issues to supervisors
Document all call information according to standard operating process.
Update all call information on CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Other duties as assigned

• Call Businesses or Private Individuals.
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Describe products and services.
• Respond to questions.
• Identify and overcome objections.
• Take the customer through the sales process.
• Obtain customer information.
• Obtain possible customer leads.
• Maintain customer data bases accordingly.
• Follow up on initial contacts.
• Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
• Update all call information on CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Other duties as assigned.

Rs 40,000/- Basic Salary(kpis)for Fronter
Rs 50,000/- Basic Salary(kpis)for experienced closer
* Fresh Candidates can earn up to Rs 50,000/- basic, KPIs and Commission.
* Experienced Candidates can earn up to Rs 70,000/- basic, KPIs and Commission.
Requirements:
* English Fluency Required.
* Persuasive Communication style
 
Shift Timings:
6pm to 3 am
