Job Description

# Supervise a team that could include: mechanics, helpers, technicians, yard hands, forklift operators, welders, clerks and others as needed

# Utilize and interpret blueprints and schematics for necessary installation, maintenance and repairs

# Ensure that all maintenance, repairs and installations are done in a safe, efficient manner

# Keep detailed records of all preventative maintenance and repairs

# Understand and follow proper rigging techniques for equipment lifting and material handling.

# Oversee the maintenance and repair of all rig equipment.

# Maintain a well organized parts and supply inventory.

# Dispatch personnel in an efficient and effective manner to maximize productivity.
