Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive to join our growing IT software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The HR Executive will play a key role in building a positive work environment and helping the company attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR interviews and manage the recruitment process.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
Assist with employee engagement and performance management activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support management with HR reports and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of HR or recruitment experience (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
Experience hiring for IT or software-related positions is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
