Job Responsibilities & Required Skills:
• Ability to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
• Taking minutes and keeping notes;
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
• Taking dictations using short hand and an excellent typing speed;
