Salary: Up to 100,000 (based on experience and interview performance)
Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM

YSF Enterprises is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Limousine Dispatcher to join our on-site operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where you’ll coordinate luxury transportation services in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from clients and partners
Schedule and dispatch limousine trips, ensuring on-time pickups and smooth coordination
Communicate trip details clearly to drivers and customers, updating them on any changes
Resolve client inquiries, special requests, or complaints with professionalism and patience
Monitor ongoing trips and provide real-time support to drivers and customers
Maintain accurate records of bookings, schedules, payments, and interactions
Collaborate with team members to streamline dispatch operations and enhance service quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in customer service, dispatching, or transportation coordination (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English
Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in limousine, transportation, or logistics industry is a plus.
