Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and punctual Dispatchers to join our Karachi team. Dispatchers will be responsible for coordinating trips, assisting patients with scheduling, and supporting drivers in real-time. This role requires strong English communication skills, reliability, and comfort with using software and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate and assign trips to drivers in New York City.
- Provide accurate, clear, and timely communication between passengers and drivers.
- Ensure patients reach appointments on schedule.
- Use dispatching software and tools effectively.
- Resolve issues calmly and professionally to maintain excellent service standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Punctuality is critical – must log in and be ready at 4:30 PM sharp.
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or dispatching preferred.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of software/computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Timings:
- 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
- Not flexible – strict adherence to timing required.
