Job Description

Hiring: Customer Service Representatives
We are looking for dedicated and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
Accurately input and update customer data in the system
Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
Follow SOPs and company guidelines
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Fast and accurate typing
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Salary & Benefits:
Probation Period (1 Month):
Base Salary: PKR 50,000/month
Full Attendance Bonus: PKR 10,000
Performance Commission: On top of base salary
After Confirmation (Permanent):
Base Salary: PKR 60,000/month
Full Attendance Bonus: PKR 20,000
Performance Commission: On top of base salary
Loyalty Rewards & Salary Increments:
2 Months: PKR 5,000 one-time bonus + PKR 5,000 monthly base salary increase
4 Months: PKR 10,000 one-time bonus + PKR 5,000 monthly base salary increase
6 Months: PKR 20,000 one-time bonus + PKR 5,000 monthly base salary increase
8 Months: PKR 30,000 one-time bonus + PKR 5,000 monthly base salary increase
10 Months: PKR 40,000 one-time bonus + PKR 5,000 monthly base salary increase
12 Months: PKR 80,000 one-time bonus + PKR 15,000 monthly base salary increase
Leave: 1 paid day off per month (does not affect attendance bonus)
