Web Development Team Lead

We need a team lead (TL) who is proficient in PHP and .NET. TL will manage the team and will also communicate with the clients. We need someone who is confident and have excellent communication skills.They should be able to work independently with minimal instructions from the superiors. Should be ethical, hard working, responsible and self-believer! Experience of working on elance, odesk, etc will be considered a plus.

- Should be experienced in developing and managing large web applications! Should have excellent experience in PHP and .NET.
- Should be able to train new hires, interns, etc.
- Should have some project management experience!
- Should have excellent concepts of software development life cycle (analysis, requirements, functional specs, development, testing, maintenance)
- Should have good working knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL, etc) and should be comfortable writing the sql queries, stored procedures, etc.
- Should have good leadership skills
- Should be willing to learn new technologies.
- Should be able to communicate with the American clients
- Should be a good team player

We are a small start up company based out of Lahore. We are currently expanding our business. There will be good career growth opportunities for the selected candidate. We pay salaries commensurate with experience and as per market rate. We need someone who has a desire to be successful.
