Software Business Development Manager

We urgently need a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for proactive new business generation, account management of existing clients. Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design marketing strategies and campaigns
2. Execute marketing campaigns effectively
3. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
4. Developing, communicating and implementing sales plans and strategies.
5. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
6. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies.
Technical skills:
Although you are not required to have a computer degree but you should be comfortable in using software such as Office (specially word, excel, powerpoint, etc). If you have a computer background along with marketing education/degree you will definitely have an edge over others. Experience with CRM products will be a big plus. You should have good browsing skills. You should be comfortable with using popular internet sites like facebook, twitter etc.
Other necessary skills:
- You should have good communication skills. You are supposed to sell services to the clients in the US therefore having good English speaking skills is very important. You should have good email ettiquettes. You should know how to write emails to the corporate clients.
- Networking and cold calls
- Closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, presentation skills, professionalism
About us:
We are a software development company located in Maryland, USA. We have an office in Lahore. We develop software (services and products) for small and large businesses in the US.
You will be required to work at night shift. This might change in future but until you become productive you will work with us directly during night (which is our day here in the US).
Past Experience:
Past experience of developing business for a software company is highly desirable. People having such experience will be given preference.
