We are looking forward to increased success in 2010 and are currently seeking Entry/Mid-level Technical Recruiters to add to our Islamabad Office.

Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, well organized, good problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and set own priorities
• Proficient Computer Skills - Internet and Microsoft Applications
• Computer Science degree preferred, will consider other related degrees
• This individual should have the ability to interface with candidates as well as clients.
• Must be willing to constantly educate themselves on cutting edge technology and the ability to assimilate new concepts quickly as technology continues to change at a rapid pace.

Daily Job Responsibilities:
• Resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates.
• Pre-screening of candidates for specific positions, setting up interviews, and debriefing after the interview.
• Organizations to provide a proactive outreach for building the applicant pool.
• Administration of appropriate pre-employment testing
• Maintains awareness of market salaries and benefits of local competitors, and identify industry staffing trends.
• Participate in the daily branch requisition meetings
• Ability to multi-task on various IT and Engineering positions for various clients
We are looking for candidates who can work in the third shift. Timings are 6 PM to 3 AM in the morning
