Job Description:
Trip2Go Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Agents / Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and experience in handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions, especially within a sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing clients via phone and other communication platforms.
Promote our travel services and holiday packages.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable travel solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM tools.
Deliver top-notch customer service at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented personality.
Basic computer literacy.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: PKR 30,000 per month
Attractive incentives and commissions based on performance
Shift Timings:
For Males: 2:00 pm. – 12:00 am.
For Females: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Location:
On-site job at our office in Model Town, KubeLock, Lahore.
