Salary: Basic Salary: Rs25,000.00 – Rs30,000.00 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Night Shift Leads Generator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and other digital platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales team has a steady flow of qualified leads to convert into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough online research to identify potential leads.
Generate leads through various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, and other industry-specific sites.
Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead quality and adjust strategies accordingly.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Work closely with the Supervisors to align lead-generation activities with current campaigns.
Requirements:
Fresh & Experienced both can apply.
Age: 18 to 30 years
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Comfortable to work night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
Basic English-Speaking Skills.
