Job Description

Asset Coordinator will be responsible for performing the following duties:

• Facilitate all IT asset requests, requirements, and movement for permanent or temporary allocations
• Update and maintain warranty, contracts, and vendor contacts
• Conduct biannual IT asset audit of all SL departments
• Maintain an up to date database of IT assets linked to users
• Coordinate with vendors on all IT asset repairs and warranty replacements
• Maintain and manage software license information about all applications
