Job Description

We are seeking reliable and responsible Bike Riders and Van Drivers for e-commerce delivery for our company operations with leading platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and other partners. The role involves safe and timely delivery of parcels to customers while ensuring excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver packages accurately and on time to customers as per assigned routes.
Ensure safe handling and transportation of goods.
Use company-provided mobile applications/devices to track and complete deliveries.
Maintain delivery vehicle/bike in good condition and comply with traffic rules.
Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor/management.
