Job Description

Stoneshed BPO is seeking an experienced Call / Lead Verification Officer to verify inbound and outbound leads for US-based campaigns. The role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and strict adherence to verification procedures to ensure lead quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Verify leads via inbound calls
• Confirm customer intent, eligibility, and data accuracy
• Follow verification scripts and compliance guidelines
• Identify and flag invalid or fraudulent leads
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Coordinate with QA and campaign tea
