Telemarketing Officer

Requirements:
• Candidates must possess excellent Urdu spoken. You will be directly communicating with customers based nationwide.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to articulate a solution clearly and concisely.
• The primary role of the Customer Support Officer to develop new business opportunities through outbound calls.
• Responsibilities include selling and promoting the Company's products and services to customers
• Pursues the achievement and over achievement of total monthly sales targets (in volume and value)
• Build excellent working relationships with customers
• Ensure that the department operates in a professional manner, and achieves all key targets set by the Management.


Minimum Intermediate
Age between 20 - 35 years
Good selling skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills especially verbal Urdu.
Pleasant personality
