Job Description

SJS International, a leading cosmetic brand in Pakistan, is seeking a Import Executive for its Head Office located in Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the import process by coordinating with the suppliers, freight forwarders, customers broker and other relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Track incoming shipments and ensure on time delivery.
Prepare and review shipping and customer documents, including commercial invoices, packing list, certificates of origin, bill of loading and customers declaration

Education: BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
Experience: 3 to 5 Years Experience in Import Operations
Industry: Retail, FMCG & Distribution Setup
