Market Research Analyst

*About the Role*  
We are looking for dedicated *Research Analysts* to help source and connect industry experts with our clients. This is a *remote, commission-based* role that requires consistency and strong communication skills.  

*Compensation Details*  

* *Base Pay:* $100 for achieving *at least 1 successful submission per day* (expert must be freshly signed up).  
* *Commission:*  
  - *$1 per submission*  
  - *$100 per credit earned*  
* All activity must be tracked using *TopTracker*.  

*Responsibilities*  
- Send outreach emails via *Zoho* to relevant professionals.  
- Encourage expert sign-ups through professional networking platforms.  
- Review and shortlist expert profiles for client projects.  

*Qualifications*  
- *0-2 years* of experience in lead generation or recruitment (Fresh grads encouraged).  
- An *active professional networking profile* with a good number of connections.  
- *Availability* to dedicate *8 hours per day* to this role (not suitable for full-time employees or students).  

*Work Commitment*  
- You must dedicate *8 hours per day* (timing is flexible, but daily effort is required to meet targets).
