Trainee Sqa

• Learn, Implement and follow quality assurance practicesand procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
• Learn and prepare manual and automated test plans, test cases and test data.
• Execute test cases and prepare bug reports according to testing execution.
• Help SQA Engineer, QA Manager and PMin establishing standards and best practices for manual and automated testing.
• Learn to develop automated testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set.
• Work directly with the team and other appropriate personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach of software development projects.
• Suggest improvements or corrections to quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in all aspects of testing, including sanity/smoke, functional, non-functional, UI, usability, integration, regression, load, performance and system testing.
• Manages assigned projects from Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing.
• Assure the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important defects by working with developers to ensure the software development process has an appropriate level of testing.
• Perform black box testing as required.
• Assume other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
