Job Description

Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Train staf for fire fighting first aid and another related to hrp
Managing HR department and Employee Contracts.
All local meetings with external people.

Playing Vital role in Maintaining Communication between  Employee and directors.
