Social Media Marketing Executive (Meta Ads, AI Content & Growth Specialist)About the Role
Root Communication LTD is hiring a creative + performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to scale our digital presence and drive measurable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands content + AI + performance marketing and can execute across multiple platforms with a results-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and scale Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok accounts
Plan and execute daily/weekly content strategy (organic + campaign-based)
Create high-converting content (posts, reels, short videos, creatives)
Write engaging, conversion-focused captions (English)
Leverage AI tools for content, visuals, and video generation
Design/edit creatives using tools like Canva / CapCut
Handle audience engagement (comments, DMs, brand interactions)
Support lead generation campaigns (organic + paid)
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, conversions
Deliver weekly & monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year proven experience in social media management
Strong grip on AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Solid understanding of prompt engineering for content generation
Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, InVideo AI, etc.)
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut or similar tools
Familiar with scheduling + analytics platforms
Strong English copywriting & communication skills
Ability to manage multiple platforms independently
Preferred (High-Value Skills)
Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Understanding of lead generation funnels
Experience handling B2B social media accounts
