We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tender/Sales Coordinator to join our team in day-to-day business development and client relationship activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in tendering, bidding/proposal preparations and client coordination, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Assisting Sales Manager for new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Client visits to follow up on proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
Maintain and update client databases, records, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, accounts, technical) to ensure timely response to client requirements.
Assist in preparing professional correspondence, emails, and presentations as required.
Support in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and business documents.
Follow up with clients on outstanding proposals, payments, and documentation.
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving targets and meeting tasks deadline.
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and analysis using MS Excel.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client coordination.
Good understanding of tendering processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
