Job Summary
Prime Facility Services is looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with recruitment, employee records, attendance management, and other HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Post job vacancies and screen resumes.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Prepare employment letters and other HR documents.
Assist with payroll preparation and HR reports.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
