Pak Plastic Industries is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accountant to support our Inventory Accounting and HR departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, financial recordkeeping, inventory management, and HR-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing activities and maintain accurate inventory records
Prepare and process salary, wages, and payroll on time
Perform data entry and maintain financial records
Operate and maintain biometric attendance systems
Ensure timely and accurate attendance and leave records
Assist with HR tasks such as leave tracking, attendance management, and employee support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in HR
Proven experience in inventory accounting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., BusyWin, Tally)
Experience operating biometric attendance systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
