Software Licensing Analyst

Research the product and get the best Pricing solution for customers.
* Provide customer information(if required) to get the appropriate quote from publisher.
* Make sure we are authorize to purchase from publisher before sending quote to requester.
* Make the products available in SAP for Sales team for order processing.
* Manage Software Licensing Programs for various publisher in SAP.
* Maintain price catalogs of distributor/publisher in SAP on daily/weekly basis
* Back up team members as needed.
* Perform special projects as assigned.
* Participate in late night shift(if required) as assigned by management.
* Create Vendor Relationships and Partnerships through trust and consistency.
* Work closely with vendors on pricing, availability.
* Negotiate best pricing, terms and freight.
* Work closely with vendors on vendor specific requirements.
* Assist legal department in reviewing and completion of vendor contracts or agreements for new or existing vendors.
* Maintain a professional and courteous work ethics.
* Prioritize daily workload to meet established deadlines.
NOTE: This is a permanent night shift job and timings will be 8:00pm to 5:00am
