We are hiring Team Lead for our call center any one have fulfill below mention requirement can apply:
Having 2-3 years experience as team lead.
can manage 60-70 agents team
Should be aware about reporting to management as well as clients.
Can make roster and maintain attendance records.
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be excellent at people management.
Can work under pressure / stress in contact center environment.
Should be flexible with timing.
