Job Description

Be a subject-matter expert in recruitment and be responsible for establishing new recruitment avenues and be critical about recruiting ROIs.
Provide support to various key HR initiatives and programmes
Assist in handling of P-Files, HR policies
Preparation and administration of confirmation and bi-annual performance appraisal forms
Responsible for coordinating and submitting of documents to payroll department
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
