Telesales Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads
Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing clearly

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Intermediate qualification
Freshers are encourage to apply
Previous telesales, call center, or customer service experience is an advantage
Strong communication 
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
