Job Description
We are looking for motivated Technical Recruiter Interns to support our IT Managed Services recruitment operations. This role is ideal for individuals interested in IT hiring, HR operations, and talent sourcing. Interns will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical positions.
This internship can lead to a permanent recruitment role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and online platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for technical roles
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and communication
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS / ICOM)
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Mandatory Requirements:
• Good spoken English
• Laptop and stable internet connection
• Active LinkedIn account and basic LinkedIn sourcing knowledge
• Basic computer skills and internet research ability
