We are currently seeking enthusiastic, articulate, and customer-focused Female Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional service to our international clients, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner
Clearly and effectively communicate in fluent English with a neutral or clear accent
Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately
Maintain a positive and friendly tone during all customer interactions
Log and update customer information using internal systems
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements:
Fluent spoken English is a must – candidates must have a clear, understandable accent and excellent verbal communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools)
Willingness to work night shifts, as this role supports international clients
