Job Description

Rakanaa PVT LTD one of the leading upcoming Beauty Platforms in Pakistan urgently requires a female customer support representative.
Responsibilities:
Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality, Sales, and productivity.
Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Should be target oriented, hardworking, and punctual
Assist all the clients coming through Live chat and respond promptly to their inquiries.
Take a proactive approach towards resolving issues, conducting online troubleshooting, and providing team support to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in English speaking as well as writing
Knowhow of beauty products
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Must be independent, self-motivated, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
