Job Description:

KS Communications, a leading call center company, is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. This is an evening shift position, with office hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and services, aiming to achieve sales targets.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies.
Document and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
 
Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends if required.
