About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead our sales and market development in the agri product. The ideal candidate will manage dealer networks, drive product visibility, and achieve strong sales growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales plans and achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
Promote agri products such as fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, or feed.
Conduct field visits, market surveys, and promotional activities.
Report market insights, competitor trends, and business opportunities.
Requirements:
Education: F.A / Intermediate (minimum qualification)
Experience: 4–5 years in sales, preferably in the agriculture products sector
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of local agri markets.
Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
