Tasks at hand. We own a magazine who are opening a new magazine and need a creator for our monthly magazine as well as satisfying clients needs for websites utilizing templates.

We are desiring a creative mind who loves engaging and changing daily tasks to find new heights in your career. Looking for someone to home our new division of our company.

Expected duties:

- Ability to deliver exceptional output of our monthly magazine

- Ability to accomplish extrodinary results within flash and/or fireworks
- Above average ability to complete tasks in timely manner

- Above average ability to utilize templates to design custom websites for our clients

- Above average ability to communicate in a positive manner within an extremely open team environment

- Ability to multi-task

Included benefits in addition to pay:
- After 120 days will get 7500 rent/medical facilities pay

- After 1 year will get 1-3 months pay as bonus depending on performance

- After 1 year will get a 20% increase and each year after will also get 20% annual increase

- After 1 year will also get 6500 technology enhancement pay for training, software computer etc.

- After 4 years will become vested employee stock ownership in company

- After 15 years will become eligible for retirement of several lacks which will be discussed after 1 year based on performance.
Required Skills
Must be able to utilize adobe Flash, fireworks, in-design and/or illustrator. Must be able to utilize php in dreamweaver to redo templates and create superb creations that match our needs and needs of our customers. Must be able to create squeeze pages and become familiar with forms and creating mysql databases. Must be creative mind able to adapt and learn new skills as the position and this division grows. Would prefer someone who would enjoy managing people. Someone who absolutely loves people and likes growing others to fullest potential. This section of company is fast growing and long lasting and want someone who wants to be part of something for long term. Essentially we want the best and are willing to put up a lot.
