Job Description

For a Karachi based Job for a Construction company at Site we require a QS with following abilities

Development & understanding of BOQ.
Development & understanding of VOs.
Rate analysis preparation 
Contractual knowledge, application & implementation. 
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
Reconciliation of steel, cement & blocks.
Calculation of MEP Quantities.
Preparation & generating material quantities for procurement.
Billing of heavy industrial structures. 
Qualification- DAE Civil
Experience- 5 to 10 years
