Job Summary:
The Call Center Closer is responsible for engaging with qualified leads, delivering persuasive sales conversations, addressing objections, and successfully closing deals. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Closing
1. Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by appointment setters or lead generators.
2. Deliver compelling sales pitches to explain products/services and value propositions.
3. Handle objections confidently and use effective negotiation techniques to secure sales.
4. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Customer Engagement
1. Build trust and rapport with potential clients to increase conversion likelihood.
2. Answer customer questions and provide clear information about pricing, features, and benefits.
3. Follow up with undecided leads to maximize closing opportunities.
Process & Reporting
1. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
2. Report daily/weekly sales performance to supervisors.
3. Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales/customer service.
1–3 years of proven experience in sales, telesales, or closing deals (call center environment preferred).
Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal communication with a confident and professional phone presence.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
