Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new client contracts in the US eCommerce and logistics space.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role ideal for candidates who:

- Are confident in outbound sales (LinkedIn, email, calls)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital channels
- Target US-based eCommerce brands, Amazon & Shopify sellers
- Qualify inbound & outbound prospects
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls
- Build and manage pipeline using CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Prepare proposals, rate sheets, and presentations
- Coordinate onboarding with US operations team
- Submit weekly sales & pipeline reports
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B lead generation / sales (US market preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in US time zone overlap
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Understanding of eCommerce / logistics / fulfillment is a plus
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Minimum 4-hour overlap with US Central Time
Evening/Night shift in Pakistan (approx. 6 PM – 10 PM overlap)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
- PKR 60,000 (Probation)
- PKR 70,000 (After confirmation)
Performance-Based Earnings:
- PKR 12,000 per new client signed
- 2.5% recurring commission on monthly revenue
- Monthly & quarterly bonuses based on performance

- 50+ outreach activities per week
- 3+ discovery calls per month (probation)
- 1 client closed within first 90 days
