Imagemed5, a trusted Thermo Fisher Scientific channel partner in Pakistan, is seeking a skilled and motivated Service and Application Specialist to support our Bio and Life Sciences product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work with globally renowned laboratory and biomedical technologies that empower breakthroughs in research and healthcare. Key Responsibilities Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair Thermo Fisher Scientific Bio and Life Sciences instruments. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to circuits, electronics, and electrical systems. Provide on-site and remote technical/application support to customers in laboratories, hospitals, and research centers. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and records in a timely manner. Stay updated on emerging biomedical and analytical technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Education: Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Technology or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechatronics preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar technical service role within life sciences, biomedical, or analytical instrumentation. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of circuits, electrical systems, and troubleshooting methods. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-interaction skills.
